Childhood

Learning to Hold It All

I grew up as the eldest of three children, navigating responsibility, unspoken dynamics, and the pressure to hold everything together. The responsible one, the emotional anchor, the quiet observer who absorbed things from the environment like a sponge. And then there was another version of me: an angry girl who could not hold it together at all, leading to frequent outbursts.

At seven, I developed a stutter. It was my nervous system’s way of saying, “It’s not safe to use my voice.” That moment shaped everything. It taught me how the body carries what words cannot, how emotions live in silence, and how self-protection can look like perfection.

“At seven, I stopped speaking freely. Decades later, I learned to listen to my whole self.”

AWAKENING, LOSS & REBIRTH

Meeting Myself at 35

I truly met myself at 35. Everything I’d built began to crumble, and something deeper began to awaken.

A meditation course cracked me open. For the first time, I sat still long enough to hear the truth beneath the noise. Over the next 8 years, I immersed myself in Buddhist study, trauma healing, tantra, shadow work, and embodiment practices.

At 41, my mother passed away. Soon after, I ended my 13-year marriage. Everything familiar – my family identity, my sense of home – dissolved. I recognised that I did not have a strong inner foundation and needed to own all parts of my story to re-establish who I am from the inside out and to become my own secure base without attachment to external identities.

These 8 years stripped me bare. But they also gave birth to my life’s work.

GLOBAL TRANSITIONS

The World as My Mirror

Over 25 years, I’ve called four countries and five cities home – India (Chandigarh), the United States (Rochester, NY & Costa Mesa, CA), Australia (Melbourne), and now Dubai.

Each move asked me to reinvent myself and required resilience. To learn, to adapt, to find belonging beyond geography.

From corporate boardrooms to desert landscapes, every chapter revealed we carry our patterns wherever we go, until we decide to heal them.

CORPORATE CAREER &

The Whole-Self Method™

On the outside, I looked successful. Corporate tax at KPMG. Banking portfolios worth $100M at Westpac, fancy restaurants, endless achievements.

Inside, I was exhausted from emotional turmoil and disconnected from my body.
Performance without presence was survival.

My hardest moment?

Starting my own business and realising I was running a health and fitness business with 22 staff when I was 100% burnt out.

My company was not the issue, I was.

A hard, cold fact that transformed me into accepting what I needed from myself before I could give to others.

It led me to create The Whole-Self Method™, the framework I wish I’d had when I was living in high-functioning survival mode. So who I am today embodies what I can do for others. I am whole, I am loved, and I am ready to serve from a place of alignment and gratitude, as I know this work transforms lives.

Today, from my home base in Dubai, I guide high-achieving women around the globe through The Whole-Self Method™ – helping them move from suppression and stress into safety, vitality, and sovereign feminine leadership.

Leadership isn’t about holding it all together, it’s about holding yourself – fully, fiercely, and with love.

The truth is, I became my own case study.

Everything I teach, I’ve lived.

  • 2,000+ hours of meditation
  • 300+ hours of Buddhist mentorship
  • 10+ years of self-work through trauma healing, shadow work, and embodiment practices
  • 8+ years of professional training across nervous-system repair, somatic psychotherapy, developmental trauma, attachment styles, tantra, sexuality, emotional intelligence, shadow work & more

This isn’t a theory. It’s a lived experience. I have refined it into a framework that’s transforming women’s lives across industries: from doctors and lawyers to executives and founders.

Are you a woman who needs to heal the nervous system patterns that keep you stuck? If your intuition is saying YES, let’s connect so that I can guide you into embodied leadership that feels whole, not hollow.

Wholeness is not a destination.

It’s the way you lead, love, live and it’s when your body, emotions, and nervous system align with the truth and finally move together.
