WHAT IS MY APPROACH AS A HOLISTIC HEALTH & MINDSET COACH?

My approach starts with understanding the uniqueness of my clients’ needs and desires. Based on that, I help them create and establish their mindset and collection of small daily habits over time to live a kickass work-life. When it comes to your overall wellness, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every tool and strategy I recommend is tailored to YOU and your unique life.

I work with women entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate employees to create foundations to shift survival patterns and take care of themselves. After years of knowledge-seeking and working with clients, I’ve developed my own systems to help women lead a productive and high achieving work-life without compromising on their health and other areas of their life.

As a former corporate employee with 12 years of experience over three continents (USA, Australia, and India) and co-founder of a start-up, I understand the burnout and exhaustion that can come from a 24/7 high-pressure lifestyle. Feeling like you are always on the go with no “off switch” and how that impacts your physical exercise, eating habits, relationships, mindset, and your overall ability to experience joy in life.

My own struggles
with emotional eating, autoimmune disease, mood swings, weight issues, and adrenal fatigue led me to constantly learn for the last 15 years. After numerous trials and errors in various diets, exercise regimes, and much knowledge-seeking through studying holistic coaching and other modalities, I finally understood that I have to work with my body, my mind, and my nervous system concurrently for a true change in my life.

And I am so

The Path To Long-Lasting Transformation

Years ago, I used to continuously work on my mind alone while not listening to my body. I would end up being hard on myself for not being strong enough with my habits and the changes I wanted to make in life. I used to believe that I did not have a strong mind or “growth mindset”. Even though I had achieved a lot in life – full-time corporate job, great exercise routine, part-time health coaching business, good social connections, and some downtime for myself – I had an underlying sense of overwhelm which I thought was normal due to my fast-paced busy life.

Over the years, my formal education and experience with clients has taught me that most people have this underlying overwhelming feeling if they tune into their bodies. Due to their fast-paced life, overuse of technology, and lack of awareness, people have forgotten how to be in their bodies. Most of us are constantly running from one place to another and have forgotten to even take a breath in between. Our nervous system is usually in fight and flight mode and does not feel safe to be in the resting stage even while sleeping.

If we are constantly in the state of fight-flight, it is not possible to listen to our needs at any given moment. What we think we need is coming from that triggered state and is a temporary solution.

I know for a fact that unless you learn to establish the body-mind connection, you won’t be able to listen to the messages your body is giving you. For instance, you might be needing a five-minute break doing nothing before you start the next task on your list but you interpret that as time to fit in a phone call to a friend or just as likely a quick scroll through your social media, right? If you did listen to the real message and take a five-minute break in your day, it could change your day profoundly. You will be energised in time for your next task. Which means you will be more focused and get it done quickly. Which means you will have more time in the day and can call your friend later when you feel more relaxed. You will be more present for your other family members. You will sleep better sleep at night. It sounds too simple and easy, right?

It does get this simple and transformational over time if you integrate body-mind connection wisdom in your life. It continues to amaze me how productive and enriching life can be if we start to work with the body-mind connection. Many people think that reducing their workload or doing less in their day is the solution to their stress. I believe it is listening to our body and giving it what it needs so it can help us be the best version of ourselves and create a life of abundance and true joy.

I practice a integrative approach to health, work and relationships, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. In my work with my clients we work on nutrition, fitness, relationships, work, purpose, spirituality, and play with the foundational practice of body-mind-nervous system connection so you can completely shift your baseline of survival response, follow your intuition and become magnetic.

As a transformational & stress coach, I support women to shift from survival consciousness to thriving so they can create & follow their own path as feminine leaders, change-makers: more cash, more laughter, orgasmic health & relationships.

Your energy impacts your business and work. And your energy is directly related to how you take care of yourself, manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and develop emotional resilience. Yes!!! You can get a massage and healing to raise your energy and vibrations. But if you don’t have strong self-care foundational habits in place, no outside healing can help you. You have to learn to cultivate habits and behaviors that fit your lifestyle and help you fly higher.

This has become my life passion and mission – to help heart-centred driven women who are living high pressure 24/7 lives create a life full of viability so they can create an environment conducive to follow their passion.

I also bring my experience of being a co-founder of an online start-up business in the health, fitness, and mindset industry (livebeingfit.com) and a successful corporate career for over 12 years in the tax, finance and banking industries spanning three countries – USA, India and Australia.
